The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda provides rental assistance to over 7,000 low income households through its Section 8 and Affordable Housing programs. The active files for these households had consumed all available space with the organization. As a matter of fact, over 20% o fthe files were located on employee desktops as the active files could not contain them. NEKO, in conjunction with EID, designed and delivered a solution to elimiate the paper files and integrated fully with the organization's business process and existing line of business applications.
Within just a few short months, HACA had scanned its entire backfile of paper files and deployed a solution to automate future annual and interim re-examinations vertually eliminating paper from its day to day operations. Presentation |
