All NEKO's installers and technicians are fully trained and certified on the software that we provide and install. . Our installations are completely turnkey. Installation requirements and phases will be fully documented before the process starts. During the installation, the project will be charted and continuous updates on the progress will be made on a regular basis. At the end of the installation a technician will be on site for the initial startup of each phase |

Training is a critical component for a successfull implementation of a new process or technology solution. If the end-users and administrators are not properly trained and comfortable with the new process then the project could fail or at least take a longer to realize the ROI that was initially expected. NEKO has a wide variety of training options available to support either an end user's needs, a system administrators needs, or some combination thereof. We can provide in-house or premis based training to your end-users. Written documentation will also be provided that has been customized specifically for your implementation. |
